Chris got some great news while reading the paper one early November morning while working at his much-loved security job. DON LARSEN WAS COMING TO TOWN. Don Larsen, the Yankee. #18. Pitcher. Perfect Game in the World Series Don Larsen. 10-8-56. I took a break from doing a lot of work for my parents, to go down to the Forum Shops. I can't even say how lucky I am to have a best friend and brother who loves the Yankees like I do. Thankfully, Chris bought a ball, had him sign and we were able to meet him. It was a great experience and we got to talk to him after the Yankees had lost...a boost for our self esteem after watching them loose!
