Screaming on the floor. So, we have done time-out now for the last week or so and he absolutely hates it. He literally sits in the corner and screams the whole time. Then, I'll look at him and he'll fold his arms because he knows that I tell him, we are reverent and quiet when we fold our arms. Usually, it's then I let him out. It's just too cute not to give in. He'll then come and kiss me. He knows exactly what he's doing!
Time-out.
Watching Elmo
His new coat. We got it extra big and he falls over when he walks with it!
Why little boys NEED moms.
Matthew's hair grows like weeds and grows out of control. So, this is his hair before....

Matthew lately
Matthew is such a character. He learns so fast. He loves to help. He loves to put things away and help with dishes and laundry. In just the past few weeks, he has learned so much. He can read his flash cards. He doesn't say the words, but he can do what they tell him to do. The card will say "arms up" and he'll put his arms up. He loves his movies and recognizes the words.
He also has grown very fond of the Gospel Art Book. Every night when we read the scriptures, he will flip through that thing. I will ask him to point to Jesus, Lehi, Nephi, Ammon, Captain Moroni, Angel Moroni, President Hinckley, Joseph...the list goes on. He knows them all. He loves getting things right because he loves praise!
The other day, he was looking through his book that my mom made him and he saw Chris and I said, that's Uncle Chris and he folded his arms. He knows when we talk about Uncle Chris that it's in our prayers. That was too cute.
He also loves to throw things away. That is his new favorite way to help Mom.
With all those smarts comes attitude I guess. This boy's got one let me tell you. Sure, he has his little funny moments, but when he woke up from his nap a few days ago, he threw a fit and this is how he ended up...
