Red Phase=Las Vegas

Okay, so red phase for Ammon means Vegas for us; so off we went on the 28th of September. The day before, I got set apart for my new calling as the primary secretary, and it was that day that the weather decided to turn a little chilly. Of course with all the rain, it wasn't the summer we had been used to. But, Ammon was actually able to take us to the airport, gave me roses and everything, and we said good-bye. As you can tell, Matthew was thrilled! We got in late that night, and since my mom was in Arkansas and Mississippi visiting her parents, it was my dad who picked us up. Brooklyn was as excited as ever to see us and it was good being able to see Sloan and the kids as well. Gavin is a little much for Matthew still, but he loves LOVES Reesey. He kisses her, her pictures...Loves her. Gavin gets a little upset that he doesn't have anyone to play with, but he is very good with Matthew most of the time. He likes to crawl around with him instead of helping him walk! At this rate, Reese is going to be walking before Matt does!

They both love their grandpa! Matthew's favorite thing to do is to crawl into the study because he knows that is where Grandpa ALWAYS is! He goes in there about thirty times a day and I don't mind because on the way, he stops and plays the piano a little, then goes and visits my dad, then it is my dad who brings him back. I don't have to do much chasing when that happens!
Always twinners.
