At the Vegas airport waiting patiently

Ammon was there at 11:30 pm when we got into Kentucky. He is always so sweet to pick us up whenever and whatever the time. It was nice to get to see him again, and Matthew always loves to see him. He was a great boy on the plane and it was amazing because the tail wind got us into Louisville forty minutes ahead of schedule! At home, I had MANY presents waiting for me. Ammon had the whole table set up like something I would do (I have taught him well! Ha!) and I was so impressed by how hard he tried to make it special for me. He got me a new temple bag that matches the new scripture case he got me, plenty of Yankees paraphernalia, the new Gerald Lund book and some gospel-y books for me. For me not telling him what I wanted, he couldn't have done a better job. The next best part of the presents was the gift wrapping that the Yankees stuff came in! I don't have pictures of the rest of the stuff, but it was one of the best birthdays. Joanna also had a whole package waiting for me when I got there--what a great friend let me tell you. She knows me too well. Reese's every year, and Express. Not to mention scrapbooking things and a VERY cute baseball outfit from Carter's for Matthew. She is wonderful. I love her to death.
