I realized in 2009 how much I love to bake! I have the Food Network on all day pretty much even if I'm not really watching it. I realized I love working with fondant. I really like cakes and cookies and breads. I like doing little creative things in the kitchen. I like cooking too, but I think baking is all that much better. And I realized, it would be SO cool to go to pastry school. Not cooking, but pastry. I would LOVE that!
