We had a special treat this year when Gina turned 30. My parents like to take the family out to dinner when someone has a birthday and it seems like we can never get people together at the same time. Ammon's always working, Chris is usually, Zane always has something else, Gina's sick, Shaun's busy, yadiyadiya. This night, everyone but Ammon and Zane were there. We were so excited though because we found out that Gina was pregnant! After almost six years of trying to have another baby, we were so happy to hear the news! Shaun is so thrilled and keeps the ultrasound picture on his wallpaper and even though Gina has been a little sick, we are so excited for her because that means she is finally having another baby! We went to dinner at Texas Station and when we got there, our waiter informed us that Shaun's boss had completely comped the entire meal. I couldn't believe it. We had a great Italian dinner while eating almost completely in peace. Only a few other people were in and out of the restaurant the whole time. Thank you Shaun for working at Stations (that and getting cheap[er] movie tickets gives even us, his siblings, the perks) and Happy Birthday to Gina and Gavie!

Matthew's favorite? The dessert of course. This kid has the biggest sweet tooth of any 2-year-old I've ever known (other than me, my mom says).
