Education Week 2009

ED WEEK! I couldn't believe that it was my 10th year going. It never gets old! I will always be so appreciative of my mom for setting such a great example and always paying for me when I was a teenager. Obviously, I couldn't go to every class because of Matthew, but I got to go to a heck of a lot more this year than last year (since Matthew was only seven weeks old then, I got to go to about three or four total!). It was such a blast though. My mom doesn't like to be in any picture, but we were so lucky to have her with us to help with the three kiddies. Matthew and Gavin love to play and Reese was an angel like always. I learned a lot about how to be a better wife and mom and I hope and pray that I can set a good example to Ammon and Matthew. Joanna even got to come on Friday and it was so good that she was there with me. I'm not sure how many years out of those ten she has been there, but at least five or six.

P.S. NEVER fly for 14 hours with a one-year-old. I did it on the Monday after Ammon's birthday and got picked up in Salt Lake, and it was the longest day EVER for Matthew.

We met my mom everyday for lunch at the Wilkinson Center.

Joanna!

Another lunch day

My mom's most favorite teacher in the world, Randal Wright. She goes to every class every year. My mom told him this year that he helped raise us. He's an awesome speaker though and taught us a lot about our life's mission and something really cool, a three-word journal. He's from Austin, Texas, so I thought that was pretty cool!

At Cracker Barrel

Sweet sweet

They loved playing together
