On Ammon's days off...

Ammon gets a few days off a week like most people. It's just that they aren't the normal days that most people get off. We have been dealing with him working sucky hours now for so long though, so that we have gotten so great at adapting to weird schedules. It has been so nice for us to get to go on dates again, but mostly that we get to spend some great times as a family doing things during the day. One of my favorite things to do was when we went to the batting cages. (*note: I had so many other cute pictures from this day, but since then, I have lost my camera and all 900 pictures that were on it. A sad, sad, sad thing). Matthew had a really fun time gathering all the balls and surprisingly enough, I did so well! I hit more balls than Ammon at a faster speed than Ammon. Pretty good if I do say so myself.

Matthew loves his dad and dog. It is so cute what a good relationship Brooklyn and Matthew have. I love it. "Hi Brooklyn. Hi Sweet-heart. Sweet. Heart. Hug her. Kiss." He goes around saying that and sits on her, stands on her, pulls her and they run together outside. When Matthew pushes the cart or goes to grab his car, Brooklyn gets her ball and they run back and forth. Matthew thinks it's hysterical.
